Return Policy/Terms and Conditions
1.All sales final.
2.Purchases may be exchanged once and once only for the same garment style in a different size (allowing for availability). The customer pays all postal costs incurred.Please remember to include your name and address when you send us a size exchange garment?
3. Size exchanges must be received by us within 10 days of purchase and must be unworn and accompanied by the original sales receipt.
4. Size exhanges must be completed within 21 days of the shipping of the original purchase.
5. We do not do refunds,exchanges or returns on SALE items.
6. If the customer makes payment to cherrybishop.co.nz by international money transfer the customer must pay ALL BANK FEES by all and any banks handling the transfer including all and any fees charged by the sender or recipeint banks.
7.If the customer makes an international money transfer and makes insufficient payment or requests a payment refund at any point of the transaction any fees that have been charged by the senders or recipient (sellers) bank will be deducted from the return payment by cherrybishop.co.nz to cover recipient bank fees incurred by that customer.
8.We will repair or replace any garments that are faulty but we will not replace any garments that have been damaged due to wear and tear.
9. We will only ship to your credit card billing address.
10. We are not responsible if you provide a wrong or incomplete postal address.
